Secret Santa

Here in the UK some employers and community groups set up a "Secret Santa" method to send out Christmas gifts. Whoever wants to participate adds their name to a list, and a budget is set.

When it works, each person sends and receives a gift and the entire process is anonymous so nobody knows who sent what. However, it doesn't always work because some presents are so obvious that you know exactly who sent it...
